Gameweek 16 – Player Comaprison [Trossard vs Saka vs Zaha]
1 min readAs we prepare for the final gameweek before the World Cup, who are the best mid-priced midfield picks for #GW16?
(These are ideal Foden replacements too);
🇧🇪 Trossard (£7m). The Belgian’s fine form continues, and I was convinced his hat trick against Liverpool was a fluke! 🤦♂️ Trossard averages 6 points per game and has now registered 31 shots in the box. Aston Villa at home next, who have shipped 21 goals and only kept 3 clean sheets all season.
🇨🇮 Zaha (£7.5m) Employed in a central role in #GW15 following the absence of Édouard, Zaha notched up 12 points with a goal and an assist. The Eagles visit Nottingham Forest next who have the second worse defence in the league in terms of goals conceded. (30).
🏴 Saka (£8m). Registered 11 goal involvements (4th in the league) which includes 7 assists, putting him second only to KDB. Assists are far more likely with Saka only managing 9 shots on target so far all season. Wolves away next, with three of their four clean sheets have coming from home games.
Trossard edges it for me, still playing a very forward role and managing ten shots in the box in the last three games. Zaha is a solid bet against a very leaky Forest defence.
Who will you be bringing in for the last game before the World Cup?
#FPL #GW16 <admin #AW23 🏴 >
Top Job Adam!
