Gameweek 5 Preview – captain picks
🇰🇷 Son. Scored a hat-trick in gameweek 4 after playing the number 9 role. As main striker, Son took five shots, four of which in the box. Expected to start again up front, Spurs face a team in Sheffield United who have conceded a huge 86 shots on goal (1st in the league), conceded 7 goals, and are yet to keep a cleansheet.
🇳🇴 Haaland. Also scored a hat-trick in gameweek 4. Haaland leads forwards for points, big chances, shots in the box and shots on target. However, Haaland isn’t always as prolific away from home and faces a team in West Ham that have only conceded 4 goals, and a keeper that has made 16 saves including a penalty.
🏴 Saka. Of Saka’s 12 shots so far, 10 have been in the box as he continues to cut inside from the right wing. Everton next, who have conceded 8 goals already, however they don’t allow that many shots per game (11.5), and even less at home (10).
Son is the pick this week, just. Otherwise Haaland is currently perma-captain.
