Gameweek 36 Preview ; Best Solly March Replacements ?

March replacements?

De Zerbi has said of Solly March that he is “not in his best moment” and now having picked up an injury – who should we be looking at as his replacement?

Eze (£5.5m). The Palace number 10 is in superb form, scoring 4 goals in his last six games. The Eagles’ top scorer, they have some favourable final fixtures including a visit from Bournemouth in the next gameweek. Bournemouth have the second leakiest defence in the league, shipping 67 goals to date.

Willock (£4.7m). The England under-21 international has enjoyed a decent run of games for the Magpies, having only been benched 4 times all season. Crucially, he picked up two assists in the last 4 games. His underlying stats however don’t suggest too much attacking returns potential, with only 1 shot on target per game and 5 touches in the box each match during the same period. Double gameweek next.

Gibbs-White (£5.5m). The Forest midfielder is in great form, and his goal and assist last time out meant a second double digit haul in the last four matches. In a team fighting for survival they play Chelsea next who haven’t kept a clean sheet in the last five matches.

The draw of a double gameweek is undeniable, but Eze could be the standout option here. Bournemouth, Fulham and finally Forest are the remaining fixtures – we can expect goals.

Are you replacing March? If so, who is your pick?
