⚔️ Attack
Newcastle top the charts for goals scored. Unsurprising with the form of Wilson, who has scored 5 goals in his last three games. A leaky Arsenal up next, followed by a double gameweek, their attacking players could prove essential.
Brighton also dominate the attacking stats with the most shots on target in the last six. This has meant 15 goals scored including a 6-0 thrashing of Wolves. Everton next who sit second from bottom in the league.
Chelsea on the other hand have scored just 2 goals in the last six matches, having lost their last 4 games. Struggling massively, they were restricted to just 20 shots on goal.
🛡 Defence
Man City have been very unlucky not to have kept more clean sheets in the last 6 matches having conceded only 5 goals. In fact, they only conceded 11 shots on target in total during that time.
Up next for Man City is Leeds, who have conceded the most goals in the same period (19). It doesn’t bode well for a side sat in 17th place to be facing the record goal scorer in a season, next.
Arsenal have crept into the table for both shots conceded on target and big chances conceded. They simply aren’t as solid without Saliba in the side, and with Gabriel a doubt too, we can expect them to leak more goals.
What conclusions do you draw from these 2 graphics ?
