2 min read🇳🇴🤖 Leading up to GW30 most managers will be looking to bring back haaland to their side assuming he is declared fit.
With most squads featuring an attack trio of Kane, Toney and Watkins (41.68% combined ownership in top 100k teams).
💭 In the following we will analyze which asset to replace to bring in Haaland.
🐔 Kane is the 2nd highest scoring player in the game and has returned in 22/29 GWs this season. He has 2.78 FDR for the final run in of fixtures and he typically turns up at the end of the season for the fight of champions league places, and he is the source of every Tottenham action, therefore irreplaceable. If budget allows your team should have Kane and Haaland up front.
🤔 That leaves Toney and Watkins as potential candidates to replace.
🦁The more inform player is undoubtedly Watkins, blanking only once in the last 10 Games, helping Aston Villa to climb to 7th place out of nowhere. At 16.7% overall owneship and 58% top 100k ownership he is a good differential if you are looking to climb some places in your mini league.
🐝Toney has proven to be more consistent throughout the season, but that doesnt guarantee he will show the same until the end of the season. Although the potential for high returns is more favorable to Toney due to him being a certified spot kick expert, many Brentford games end as low scoring draws where random players get returns.
It is a very difficult choice and I dont believe there will be a major points difference in these final 10 games.
👨⚖️ Verdict : I will personally be sticking with Toney as he has shown more consistent performances against the big teams, has take more Bonus points than watkins and I have a feeling that the extraordinary form of the Aston Villa man will die down a bit.
