Joao Felix✔️ Arguably the best of the newcomers at Chelsea, Felix made up for his red card last time out with a goal and all three bonus points. Southampton at home next who have the second worse defence in the league.
Toney ✔️❌ Third highest goal scorer in the league registering 14 goals this term. The clinical striker has scored 27 career penalties and only ever missed 1. However – he does not play in the blank gameweek 25!
Mahrez✔️ The top scoring Man City player since the restart – Mahrez has managed 5 goals and 4 assists during that time. Favourable fixtures too in Nottingham Forest (GW24) and Bournemouth up next (GW25). Just don’t expect him to stay on penalties!
Saka✔️ Been in great form since the World Cup, scoring 41 points. Crucially, Arsenal have another double game week coming up in GW25 and the England midfielder is the top pick of the Arsenal attackers.
Mee ✔️❌ Brentford are in great form with a run of 10 games undefeated in the Premier league. Three clean sheets in the last four games and a goal from Mee to boot, they have a kind run of fixtures to come. Blanks in GW25 though, so don’t double up on Brentford players.
OUT
Almiron ✔️❌ Showed us what he is capable of last match with a goal and ten points. Otherwise has been really out of form since the restart. Blanks in GW25.
Cancelo ✔️ moved to Bayern Munich on loan.
Martinelli ✔️ Could have scored against Aston Villa, though he has only managed 11 points in the last 5 gameweeks. His position is now under threat from Trossard so expect more reduced minutes.
Mitrovic ✔️❌ Hasn’t scored now in the last 5 gameweeks despite his 17 shots. Difficult fixture next gameweek against Brighton away. Mitrovic is still prolific though and due another goal soon.
De Bruyne ✔️ simply out of form. KDB still has a wand of a left foot, but he has only managed 20 points and just 2 assists from the last 8 games. Currently not justifying his £12.4m price tag.
