A Mitrovic 🇷🇸 🪢 (Leicester (A) Chelsea (H) (31% ownership))
E Haaland 🇳🇴👑 (Chelsea (A) (85% ownership))
The key debate 🤔 this week is between those two. On the one hand we have the obvious captaincy choice in most weeks 👑, 21 goal ⚽️ Haaland, with a single GW fixture away at Chelsea, still not a straightforward game despite their recent difficulties. On the other hand, we have 10 goal ⚽️Mitrovic, with 2 games – while neither sound straightforward, Fulham are currently above ⬆️ both Chelsea and Leicester in the league. The other issue being Mitrovic being on 4 yellow cards 🟨 meaning if he receives one in the Leicester game, he’ll miss the Chelsea one 🙄
This is pretty much a genuine coin toss 🪙 with Haaland on about twice as many goals as Mitrovic this season 🤷♂️. At the margins, we still prefer the 2 bites of the cherry 🍒 that Mitrovic will likely get, and with 14 yellow cards 🟨 in 155 PL appearances, the yellow card issue, while a risk, is a tail 🪡 risk. This could be a great week to captain Haaland though, in that his EO will be lower.
M Mount (Man City(H) Fulham (A) (10% ownership) – Pretty much any Chelsea attacker is a punt 🤞this GW with the double GW counteracted by the inconsistency in both lineups and FPL returns. We expect at least one Chelsea attacker to end up with a double digit score this week ✅. While this could easily be Havertz or Sterling, we think Mount has the most upside ⏫, with 3 single GW 10+ points returns this season and likely some set piece 🥅 responsibility.
