Gameweek 12 Preview – captain picks 

 

🇳🇴 Haaland. Off injured at half time last time out, the big Norwegian came back with a bang in the midweek champions league fixture scoring two goals and then coming off after 61 minutes. Chelsea away next isn’t easy, they’ve conceded just 7 goals at home. That said they’ve only kept 1 clean sheet at Stamford Bridge.

 

🇪🇬 Salah. His blank last gameweek was his first in the last four, in which the Egyptian midfielder racked up 39 points. Brentford at home next who are relatively tight at the back conceding just 14 goals so far and keeping 3 clean sheets. The Bees’ Pinnock is a defensive beast and leads the league for clearances.

 

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Saka. Currently yellow flagged for injury, I do expect him to play. Despite not managing a single shot on target since gameweek 7 – he was very sharp midweek scoring one goal and setting up another. Burnley is a very attractive fixture having conceded the second most goals in the league (27) and are yet to keep a clean sheet.

 

Salah the pick this week. The Home fixture clinches it over Haaland.
