🦁 Aston Villa – Lucas #Digne has completed a full week of training and will be back in the squad to face Newcastle.
Boubacar #Kamara back on the grass and expected to return to full training next week.
Caretaker boss Aaron Danks is managing a couple of minor niggles amongst the group today, #Augustinsson is a major doubt with a hamstring injury and #Carlos is a long term injury.
⚫️⚪️ Newcastle – Allan Saint-Maximin has ‘a chance’ of being in the squad for the game at home to Aston Villa
“We’ll see how training goes today. He’s made really good progress and I’m very pleased with how he’s attacked his rehab & the work he’s put in so there’s an opportunity to hopefully get him fit and available.”
Elliot #Anderson is Ok. He had a minor niggle [before Spurs] and it was nothing serious, so he’s back in the squad for this week.”
A few bumps and bruises and tired bodies elsewhere, but nothing too serious.
Alexander #Isak‘s had a couple of injections in his thigh, Newcastle’s staff are ‘happy’ with his recovery, but the striker won’t be back before the World Cup break. #Ritchie and #Krafth also will be missing till the break, #Darlow and #Dummett will miss out on this weekends game.
🦅 The Palace boss Patrick Vieira says that there are no fresh injuries from their last game against Everton and none of the injured players will return either.
Cheick #Doucouré will return from a suspension but the five injured players (#Butland, #Clyne, #Richards, #Ferguson and #McArthur) will remain out.
🐺 Wolves – Diego #Costa picked up a knock on Wednesday but Wolves hope he will be OK for the Brentford game, he trained today too. #Toti has started running this week but tomorrow will be too soon for him.
#Kalajdzic, #Neto and #Chiquinho are all out until at least after the World Cup, Raul #Jimenez is in Mexico’s preliminary World Cup squad, but isn’t ready to play for Wolves yet.
🏙 Man City – #Haaland feels better but we train this afternoon and we will assess him in the next few hours, #Alvarez will start if Haaland isn’t fit.
#Walker and #Phillips are not ready for Leicester. But they are better, Kalvin Phillips especially.
#Ederson will return in goal after being rested in midweek.
🧿 Chelsea – “Pretty much the same squad has against Salzburg I. Midweek. Mateo #Kovacic had issues with his calf, but it was just fatigue.

🐝 Brentford – Thomas Frank says it’s unlikely Christian #Norgaard will be available for Brentford gainst Wolves tomorrow.

Norgaard has been out with an Achilles injury since August.
Keane #Lewis-Potter is in a “much better position” in regards to his fitness and he will be involved in the squad.
