FPL Daily Injury Updates (10/11/2023):
 
 
 
⚒️ West Ham – It is too early to know if Kurt #Zouma will be available for Sunday’s game against Nottingham Forest, he will be checked today to see if he’s any closer to full fitness.
 
The rest of the squad who played yesterday will need to be assessed for Sunday.
 
Lucas #Paquetá and Edson #Alvarez should both return to the starting lineup after missing the Brentford defeat through suspension.
 
 
🔲 Newcastle – Callum #Wilson has a tight hamstring, he will be tested and checked this morning, after that it will be decided whether he is fit enough to play against Bournemouth or not. Other than Wilson, no other injuries were picked up at Dortmund on Tuesday evening.
 
The plan is for Alexander #Isak to return after the international break, no imminent news on Sven #Botman. He is still in the Netherlands seeing a specialist, but will return to Newcastle later today.
 
Harvey #Barnes won’t be too far away from a return after the international break, most of the other injuries Newcastle have to contend with are more long-term, with Alex #Murphy, Jacob #Murphy, Dan #Burn, Matt #Targett and Elliot #Anderson all out injured. Bruno #Guimaraes and Sandro #Tonali are banned.
 
Javier #Manquillo is a doubt with a groin injury.
 
🍬 Everton – The toffees have a few doubts as they travel to Crystal Palace this game week. #Branthwaite, #Coleman, #Onana and #Doucouré, these four doubts are a mixture of illness, knocks and lack of match fitness.
 
#Dele Alli and Andre #Gomes are Everton’s two injury absentees.
 
🍷 Burnley – Hjalmar #Ekdal and Manuel #Benson featured for the Under-21s last weekend after stepping up their recoveries from knee and ankle injuries respectively. 
 
Michael #Obafemi continues to build fitness following surgery on his hamstring, Aaron #Ramsay is struggling with a knock, he will return after the international break, as will #Benson, Ekdal is a possibility for this gameweek, but it remains to see whether Obafemi will be available or not.
 
Josh #Cullen returns after serving a one-match ban, Lyle #Foster will be missing for a while with a mental health issue.
 
 
🍒 Bournemouth – Alex #Scott has a grade 2 MCL sprain of his knee, he will be missing for months. Goalkeeper #Neto is in contention to return ahead of schedule tomorrow, he could replace #Radu, who has started the last couple of games. 
 
Lewis #Cook is back from suspension. 
 
Tyler #Adams, Ryan #Fredericks, Darren #Randolph and Emiliano #Marcondes are all still out.
 
 
🐔 Spurs – Ange Postecoglou has confirmed James #Maddison and Micky van de #Ven will both be out injured until January.
 
#Richarlison will be out for around a month, Alfie #Whiteman, Ivan #Perišić, Manor #Solomon and Ryan #Sessegnon are long term injuries.
 
Ben #Davies is back and available. Pedro #Porro is fine, he’s been back in training.
 
#Romero and #Udogie are both suspended.
 
🏡 Fulham – #Muniz’s injury is not serious but he’s out for the next few games, probably around 3-4 weeks.
 
#Adama, #Tete and #Tosin are not ready for 90 minutes, but could be involved in the squad. They are fully involved in the sessions, #Diop will take longer.
 
Matthew #Dibley-Dias is a doubt.
 
👹 Man United – Jonny #Evans will be absent for Manchester United’s Premier League meeting with Luton Town, #Varane seems the most likely replacement for him.
 
Victor #Lindelof is also available once again after missing the Fulham game through illness, #Amad, #Casemiro, Tyrell #Malacia, Jadon #Sancho, Lisandro #Martinez and Luke #Shaw are all out until further notice.
 
🦅 Crystal Palace – Michael #Olise has trained fully this week, and will be available for selection, goalkeeper Dean #Henderson has returned to individual training as he steps up his recovery from injury.
 
He’s still a number of weeks away but making early progress.
Eberechi #Eze came through 30 minutes against Burnley, so is available from the start if required.
 
Youngster Jesurun #Rak-Sakyi is out injured with a hamstring injury, defender James #Tomkins is a doubt with his injury.
 
 
🏙️ Man City – John #Stones is injured for the Chelsea game, but his injury isn’t as bad as first feared so his status for Liverpool is unknown. Manuel #Akanji trained today and will travel.
 
Kevin De #Bruyne is a long-term injury, Erling #Haaland returned in mid week against Young Boys.
 
🔫 Arsenal – Mikel Arteta will make a late call on the fitness of Bukayo #Saka for Saturday’s game against Burnley.
 
He didn’t train yesterday and will be checked to see if he can make it tomorrow. 
 
Jurrien #Timber and Thomas #Partey are both definitely unavailable, while Emile Smith #Rowe will probably miss out as well.
 
Martin #Odegaard is still racing against the clock to be available, anything is possible, Gabriel #Jesus and Eddie #Nketiah will also be assessed to see if they are available.
 
🐺 Wolves – Nathan #Fraser has a sore quad and is unavailable. Hugo #Bueno is back and will be involved tomorrow
 
It is hoped #Neto will be back for the Fulham game after the international break, but that’s no guarantee.
 
Joe #Hodge is a long term injury.
 
🧿 Chelsea – Chelsea without Ben #Chilwell, Romeo #Lavia, Christopher #Nkunku, Wesley #Fofana, Trevoh #Chalobah and Carney #Chukwuemeka.
 
Armando #Broja could find himself with a place on the bench against city on Sunday.
 
🦁 Aston Villa – Diego #Carlos picked up a small knock in the game last night against Alkmaar, the manager Emery does not know whether he will be available or not.
 
Elsewhere, Jacob #Ramsey is close to returning to first-team training while Emery says Alex #Moreno is available and ready to play on Sunday if required.
 
#Buendía and #Mings are long termers.
 
 
🐝 Brentford – Josh #Dasilva and Keane #Lewis-Potter part trained with the team this week and Mikkel #Damsgaard is just behind them in his recovery.
 
Thomas Frank gave an update on Kevin #Schade’s rehab from thigh surgery and said he is “on track” but “I think he will be out until the New Year.”
 
Mark #Flekken is available for the bees against Liverpool on Sunday after recovering from the dead leg he suffered in the 3-2 victory over West Ham.
 
Shandon #Baptiste and Myles #Peart-Harris are close to being available for possible selection.
 
 
🕊️ Brighton – Pervis #Estupinan, Lewis #Dunk and James #Milner all picked up injuries in the win against Ajax last night, all three are expected to miss out as Brighton the host Sheffield United on Sunday.
 
The trio are likely to join #Enciso, #Welbeck and #March on the sidelines.
 
Tariq #Lamptey is injured again and Jakob #Moder is getting game time with the under 21s as he recovers from a year-long injury.
 
🎩 Luton – Cauley #Woodrow has been added to the injury list ahead of the Hatters trip to Old Trafford.
 
He will join #Burke, #Bell, #Anderson, #Sambi, #Potts and #Berry in Luton’s ever increasing treatment room.
 
🚩 Liverpool – Jürgen Klopp didn’t offer us any more insight to the injuries surround in the club, however Curtis #Jones, Andrew #Robertson, Stefan #Bajcetic and #Thiago Alcantara are all injured.
 
Alexis Mac #Allister is suspended, having picked up five yellow cards, Ryan #Gravenberch is it out with a knee injury, #Virgil van Dijk should be available after missing the mid week game through illness.
 
⚔️ Sheffield United – #McBurnie and #Ahmedhodzic are both touch and go to feature in the game against Brighton on Sunday. Zero, we have both returned to training this week alongside Max #Lowe, but Lowe isn’t available this weekend.
 
Rhian #Brewster, John #Egan, Tom #Davies, Rhys #Norrington-Davies, Chris #Basham and Daniel #Jebbison are all still injured.
 
🌳 Nottingham Forest – Callum #Hudson-Odoi is the only player who is not in training at the moment.
 
Some of the others are in training, but not available this weekend like #Wood and #Origi.
