With over 190,000 managers already transferring out Haaland ahead of his blank in gameweek 28 – I’ve taken a look at some of the best replacements;
🇩🇪 Havertz (£7.5m) With a goal and all three bonus points last time out, the German forward has caught the eye. He has registered 17 shots since gameweek 20, however only 5 were on target. He also blanked in the past six games. A kind fixture of a home game against Everton up next with a double on the horizon in 29.
🏴 Watkins (£7.3m) The form of the Villa striker cannot be ignored. Six goals in the last 8 gameweeks picking up 51 points along the way. Clinical too, with 11 of his 19 shots being on target. Bournemouth at home next, who have the worse defence in the entire league after conceding 51 goals this season.
🇸🇪 Isak (£6.6m) another that caught the eye last time out with a goal to complement an industrious performance. Blanking in the last 5 games, he does average almost two shots in the box per match. Another with a fixture against a poor defence, this time in Forest, who have shipped 47 goals to date.
…Despite Havertz and Isak catching the eye, the form of Watkins coupled with a home tie against Bournemouth is by far the standout pick.
